Are these pics too posey?

the first one is fantastic and natural. The second one looks extremely commercial. If you are going to pose so it looks like you are occupied with something(like talking on the phone), then dont turn so much towards the camera. You could have your body facing the camera for the most part if your face is turned in another direction, or your face toward the camera and body angled away. Otherwise you look too focused on the camera like the photo was planned with no "wow factor". If you found a more natural pose for your hands, turned a little further away from the camera, and parted yer lips slightly, then it'd be perfect :)
