I have windows XP ...!?

I have windoes Xp..and i accidentally downloaded Genuine Check.exe.Now my wallpaper changes to all black within 15 minutes when i change my background properties.And there's always this message displaying "YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE Counterfeiting".The computer now is awfully slow.What is the solution?
