What can I give her that's cute, creative, and easy?

My cousins live out of state but they are about to come visit us. One of my cousins tried out for cheerleading last year but didn't make it. She tried out again this year and didn't tell anybody that she tried out just in case she didn't make it. She ended up making it! I have been a cheerleader most of my life and I am so proud of her and happy that we can have something to do together now! We aree almost the same age; I'm about a year older(I'm 14 and she's 13). I want to make something for her to congratulate her. I'm usually very creative; I like to make cards and scrapbook and make a lot of different things. I can't think of anything to make for her though. Any ideas?
