I'm trying to re download google chrome but the Installer cant connect to the internet?

I have been having problems with google chrome so i tried re-install it but when i try to do so, it says :"The installer could not connect to the Internet. Ensure that your computer is connected to the Internet and your fire wall allows GoogleUpdate.exe to connect then try again." And I'm pretty sure my computer is connected to the Internet, and i cant find GoogleUpdate.exe on firewall. What should I do?
