Should Scott Cousins be charged with attempted murder for running over Buster Posey?

When they sign the contract they sign their lives away with it. If they get injured while playing the game because of another player (and it was legal, which shoving over Posey was) then there is no penalty to the other player (legally or in the game). These things happen and Cousins was trying to jam up the play. It was legal contact and while it wasn't really smiled upon, there is nothing you can do about it other than boo him the next time he gets up to the plate.
