Could you please help me to understand this - Americans, Brits etc.?

So what nationality is he then, for some people it is only good when it suits them......... it does not matter what nationality he is he is very rude to slag off a country that has given him a job and schooling his child. Ignore him, people have very short memories when it suits, he will have forgotten that he has been slagging off the country.
