I need help asap! pc protection refunds?

I purchased regcure for 59.90 2 weeks ago & now my computer keeps crashing, no programs will open, and the internet won't work. I can't find a support number or any way to get a refund on it! I keep getting mmalicious program warnings and iwe.exe can't start, and w32/blaster.worm is infecting my pc! Please help asap!!
