Threatfire quarantined my svchost.exe,how do i fix this?

Hello frnds,when i used Threatfire,it showed that svchost.Exe is a virus,so i selected kill and quarantine,then it showed that a reboot is required 2 completely remove,aftr i did tht my pc took long time than usual to start up and it took a long time before i cud start my applications,is this slowing down stuff happening because of what i did?Anyway i clicked on restore from quarantine but im not completely sure if it is restored.Anyway do u know the link where i can download all the svchost.Exe services?even the sound dsnt work 4 me aftr i hav done this.no clicking sound and even no sound when i play media
