Is the process server2.exe a virus?

I have a process listed as server2.exe and there is about 20 of them, all consuming valuable cpu and physical memory. Is this a virus? It says in properties menu it is from Indetectables Online. It is not from microsoft, please reply asap if i should end this process (20 of them).
